SHINGLE ROOF INSTALLATION

Roof shingles are a roof covering consisting of individual overlapping elements. These elements are typically flat, rectangular shapes laid in courses from the bottom edge of the roof up, with each successive course overlapping the joints below.

ROOF COATINGS

A roof coating becomes the top layer of a composite roof membrane and underlying system. As such, the roof coating is the topmost layer of protection for the membrane, receiving the impact of sunlight (both infrared and ultraviolet (UV), rain, hail and physical damage.

GRAVEL ROOF INSTALLATION

Roofing felts are usually a 'paper' or fiber material impregnated in bitumen. As gravel cannot protect tar-paper surfaces where they rise vertically from the roof such as on parapet walls or up-stands, the felts are usually coated with bitumen and protected by sheet metal flashing's.
